 How do I get started?

If you haven’t already, simply supply us with an active email account here. It’s that simple! You will begin earning points immediately.

*NOTE: Your email address will NOT be sold or given to any other parties.


Redeeming Rewards Points 

Redeeming your points is easy. Through the app, you have the ability to use said points to secure services, products and different affiliate prizes. Click here for a quick walk-through.  

Keeping Track of Your Points

If you use the Cheeky app, simply login to your account to see how many points you have. If you do not have immediate access, feel free to call Cheeky at 312.523.5114 or email us at [email protected] to get an update.

Rules & Restrictions

  • Cheeky points are awarded at completion of check out and not at time of booking.
  • Client must give their email and fill out client info to receive Cheeky reward points.
  • Only one review per visit on Facebook, Google, or Yelp. Comments on multiple services, people or thoughts do not earn additional points but are appreciated.
  • Please allow 72 hours for your Cheeky reward points to be entered in your account.
  • Points may not be redeemed until at least 5000 points are earned.
  • Points are not redeemable with any other promotions.
  • Reward points are non-transferrable to other guests and can not be exchanged for cash. Points can only be used toward hair services, products and affiliate services.
  • Deals cannot be combined or exchanged, and guests must use one deal per appointment. 
  • For Referrals: Make sure your prospective guests inform us of your referral AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. This will help to simplify transaction processes.  
  • Some rewards are time sensitive and expire seasonally.
