A Simple 3-Step Process!

Step 2: Create Your Account

Upon selection, you will be directed to sign in or create a new account on the MindBody app. This step is crucial as you cannot subscribe to our program without an active account.

Step 3: Confirmation and Booking

A-Lister Members: Look out for a confirmation email from us. It will provide details on how to confirm your stand-in appointments, ensuring you always have the priority you deserve.

Glow-Getter Members: Once signed up, you’re all set! Mark your calendar—the booking platform will open exclusively for you on the 16th of each month, giving you first access to secure your appointments for the upcoming month.

Rules & Restrictions

  1. Service Management: Members are responsible for managing their service selections. Please ensure to add or cancel any services prior to your appointment to avoid full service charges.
  2. Service Charges: Charges will be based on the services booked. Be mindful when booking as charges will reflect the booked services regardless of actual service use.
  3. Scheduling Limitations: Due to scheduling constraints, any additional services requested may need to be accommodated on a different day or time if following appointments are already scheduled.
  4. Membership Exclusivity: Membership benefits are non-transferable and exclusive to the signed-up member only.
  5. Enrollment Period: Membership enrollment is open only during the designated enrollment season.
  6. Payment Information: A valid credit card must be maintained on file for billing purposes.
  7. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
  8. Refund Policy: To discontinue membership, the cancellation must be processed before the automatic payment date. No refunds will be issued once the payment has been processed.
  9. Payment Default: Membership may be revoked if a payment is missed, due to the limited number of spaces available.
  10. Appointment Commitment: Please book only the appointments you can attend. Do not reserve spots provisionally. Members will be accountable for all appointments made.
  11. Priority Booking for Glow-Getters (Silver Package): Exclusive booking access begins on the 16th of each month, providing 48 hours to secure appointments before availability is opened to the general public. Should you miss this window, you will need to choose from remaining available slots.
  12. No-Show Policy: Members who fail to show up for three appointments may have their membership terminated.
  13. Membership Agreement: Membership fees and signed agreements are due by January 13th.
